What they actually did

Leadership is a performance skill. It doesn't develop by reading about it, watching videos, or attending workshops. It develops through practice, specifically through the repeated experience of difficult conversations under pressure.

LeaderCoreAI puts managers inside those conversations. Each scenario is a realistic, real-time simulation of a high-stakes workplace situation: coaching an underperformer, managing resistance to change, resolving team conflict, aligning a team behind a difficult decision. The AI counterparts behave like real people: they push back, deflect, challenge, and respond dynamically to what the manager actually says and does.

There are no multiple choice questions. No right answers to select. Only the conversation, and how you lead it.


How achievement is measured

Each simulation is evaluated by an AI system scoring behavioral performance across specific leadership competencies. Scores range from 1 to 10 and serve as the qualifying gate: 7.0 or above for Completion, 8.5 or above for Mastery. The score appears on the certificate as supporting evidence.

What the certificate records is the difficulty level achieved. Five levels, from Simple through Extreme, define the complexity of the situation the leader had to navigate. The higher the level, the less stable the ground: more ambiguity, more resistance, higher stakes.

Mastering a High, Ultra, or Extreme scenario is a meaningful signal.

From simulation to real leadership
