What LeaderCoreAI Is For
We state the intended purpose of the system explicitly, and the product architecture enforces it. This is the statement we give to procurement teams and works councils:
LeaderCore AI is a self-directed practice environment in which a user rehearses leadership conversations against simulated characters and receives private, scored developmental feedback. The system evaluates the user's performance within the simulation for the purpose of their own development. It is not used to inform any decision about the user: outputs are visible only to the individual, are not made available to their employer, HR function or line management, and do not determine access to training, progression, promotion, or any term of the work relationship.
The employer-facing view is aggregate only. There is no manager-visible individual score, no path from a cohort figure down to a person, and no export of individual results - and cohort views do not render at all for groups below a minimum size.
