How We Got Here
The short version: good intentions, bad results, and a better idea
In 2020, Frank Basinski founded Blue Horizon Training after spending 20+ years in executive roles across global corporations. He'd sat through his share of leadership workshops - and sent plenty of his own teams to them, too.
The pattern was always the same. People came back energized. They had new frameworks, new vocabulary, good intentions. And within weeks, they were back to their old habits. Not because they didn't care, but because knowing what good leadership looks like and actually doing it under pressure are two very different things.
The gap wasn't knowledge. It was practice. Leaders rarely get a safe space to try new approaches, make mistakes, and learn from them without real consequences. That's the problem LeaderCoreAI was built to solve.
