Team Role-Play Simulations to Practice Your DiSC® Profile
Three people. Three hidden styles. One commitment to land.
LeaderCore: Adapt runs team simulations for people who already have a DiSC® or behavioral-style profile. A leader sits down with three AI counterparts. Each one is anchored to a style, none of them will tell you which, and they react to each other as much as to you. Read them from live cues, adapt to each one differently, and leave with a plan every individual actually commits to, which is the part the workshop promised and then left you to figure out.

Two AI team simulations for DiSC® and behavioral-style practice
Adapt - Team Align puts three colliding styles in front of you with needs that genuinely compete. All of them have a point, which rules out the two easy exits: you can't call a vote and you can't pick a winner. Everyone has to commit, and each of them has to commit in their own terms.
Adapt - Team Develop hands you a team that shares one disposition and a problem that disposition handles badly. One resists, one rushes, one goes quiet, for three different reasons that look identical from the outside. Separating them is the work.
Both come with LeaderCore: Adapt alongside one-on-one practice, on a single subscription. Situations run through logistics, healthcare, software, retail, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, nonprofit and public-sector settings, and we'll build scenarios around yours if none of those fit.
Every position on the compass gets its own scenario
Left alone, people practice against the styles they already handle well. Adapt - One covers all eight positions instead, and each one wants something different from you. None of them will say which.

The eight positions and their descriptions are LeaderCoreAI's own. LeaderCore: Adapt does not administer, score or interpret any personality assessment, and never tells you your own style.
The practice layer after a team style workshop
Style assessments usually arrive in a team workshop that ends on a promise: now go and use this with your team. Monday comes and nobody does. This is the part that was missing: the insights from a DiSC®, Social Style®, Insights Discovery® or Predictive Index® profile, put to work in an unscripted team conversation, with a score at the end.
LeaderCore: Adapt is independent. Not a DiSC® product, not based on DiSC®. It doesn't administer, score or interpret any assessment. It won't tell anyone their own style, and it doesn't profile, type or report on your real colleagues. Style vocabulary earns nothing. The grader watches behavior.
What leaders practice in a team role-play simulation
Three named characters, three different styles, none of them announced. You have to read all three at once, while the conversation keeps moving without waiting for you.
Every Align triad contains a pace collision and a focus collision by construction. Nobody in the room is wrong, which is what makes it hard. You are translating, not refereeing.
Develop scenarios give you three people who share one disposition and a challenge it is bad at: a cautious team facing a bold moment, a fast team facing work that demands rigor, a task-first team facing a human situation, a harmony-first team facing candor.
Five dimensions, equally weighted, plus what you did with the group. Broadcasting at the room, letting the loudest voice stand in for everyone, taking a side to end the argument: all of it costs you.
How an AI team simulation session runs
Read three people at once
Names and job titles, nothing else. Three styles to work out separately, from pacing, from word choice, from what each of them bites on.
Adapt to each of them differently
What works on one of them will land badly on another, and they are watching how you handle each other person too. Step out to a coach for phrasing or a sanity check. It won't name a style for you.
Convert agreement into commitments
A room that nods along has not agreed to anything. What counts is each person saying what they will do. Once that's graded, the report tells you who all three of them were.
Runs on the LeaderCoreAI platform. Chat streams in real time, data stays in the EU, and scenarios and reports both come in multiple languages. Turn on voice mode and all three characters speak in voices of their own.
Team style simulations: frequently asked questions
Can my team practice applying their DiSC® profiles together?
Yes. This is the "now use it with your team" moment a style workshop promises and then leaves you to arrange. Whatever the profile came from, a DiSC®, Social Style®, Insights Discovery® or Predictive Index® result, the leader walks into a room with three AI counterparts and has to read all three without being told what any of them are.
What is the difference between the two team simulations?
Team Align gives you three people whose styles collide and whose needs genuinely compete. Winning isn't a majority vote and it isn't you picking a side. It's each person committing in their own terms. Team Develop is the opposite problem: all three share a disposition and hit something that disposition is bad at. You have to supply what the team hasn't got, and notice that the same surface behavior is coming from three different places.
Does this assess or profile my real team?
No. The people in the room are ours, not yours. Nothing here profiles, types or reports on your actual colleagues, and the product never administers, scores or interprets a personality assessment of any kind.
How do the AI team members behave?
Like a real room. They talk to each other, not only to you. Steamroll the quiet one and they go quiet for good. Give the dominant one an opening and the meeting is theirs by the third exchange. Treating the three as one audience is a failure mode we bait on purpose.
How is team leadership scored?
The same five dimensions as one-on-one work (Style Recognition, Style Flexing, Meeting Needs, Self-Management, Outcome Delivery), so a team score means the same thing as a solo one. On top of that: did you address each person differently, did you pull the quiet member in, did you broker between the styles that were colliding, and did you leave with individual commitments rather than general agreement.
Is voice available for team sessions?
Yes, if your subscription includes it. It isn't switched on by default. Push to talk, and each character speaks in a voice of their own, with expression that follows the situation.
