Practice libraries for SPIN Selling, Solution Selling®, Challenger™ and the Sandler Selling System®

Every library is built the same way and differs only in the method it holds a rep to. Each one ships a catalogue of realistic B2B account situations, a cast of AI buyers who stay in role and keep the thing that matters most to themselves, and a grading rubric whose dimensions are the behaviors that methodology actually demands. Same engine, same difficulty ladder, same private reporting — a different definition of done well.

We do not teach these methodologies. We make your reps prove they can run them.

LeaderCoreAI is not a training provider for any sales methodology, is not affiliated with the organizations that own these marks, and certifies no one in them. What we provide is AI-simulated sales conversations in which a rep's performance is graded against the behaviors a practitioner of that methodology has to display to succeed in a real call. Your training partner teaches the model. This is where you find out whether it survives a buyer.

Key Benefits

Buyers who hide what actually matters

Every scenario carries facts the buyer knows and will not volunteer - the internal pressure, the real decision dynamic, what is behind the hesitation. The grading engine sees that hidden truth and scores whether your rep uncovered it.

Graded on the methodology your team was trained on

Not a generic sales rubric. Question-led discovery is scored on Implication Development, Need-Payoff Facilitation, Listening & Adaptive Questioning, Discovery Discipline and Securing a Concrete Next Step. Diagnose-before-prescribe selling is scored on Pain Diagnosis Before Prescription, Solution Co-creation, Capability-to-Pain Alignment, Stakeholder Awareness and Avoiding Feature-Led Selling. Each rubric marks the shortcut its own method forbids as a primary failure.

A full cast of B2B buyers, five difficulty levels

Skeptical CFOs, status-quo skeptics, technical gatekeepers, procurement negotiators and more, each with distinct motivators. Higher difficulty makes the buyer harder, never the grading softer - and a strong score high up the ladder counts for more, because certificates rank by difficulty before score.

Rehearse the call that is actually in the diary

A rep describes a real upcoming conversation to an AI interviewer and gets a runnable private scenario built from it - visible only to them, and kept off the leaderboard.

Safe to fail, because nobody is watching the score

Individual scores and transcripts are visible only to the rep. Managers and L&D get cohort-level analytics, never an individual's report, so practice stays practice.

How It Works

Brief

The rep picks a scenario from their library and reads the briefing - their role, the account's history, what this meeting has to achieve - then chooses one of five difficulty levels, from Simple to Extreme.

Sell

A live, multi-turn conversation with one or more AI buyers who stay in role, remember the whole exchange, and push back realistically. A built-in coach is one message away for a hint, and that aside is excluded from the assessment server-side rather than merely promised.

Score

Ending the session triggers grading. Within seconds the rep gets an overall score out of ten, per-dimension scores on their methodology's rubric, strengths, improvement areas and actionable advice - plus a trend line across every session they have run.

What's inside the AI sales role-play simulation

LeaderCore: Sales is AI sales role-play training for B2B teams. A rep picks a realistic account situation, chooses one of five difficulty levels, and holds a live conversation with AI buyers who have their own personalities, remember everything that has been said, and push back the way real buyers do. Every scenario carries a hidden ground truth - the internal pressure, the real decision dynamic, the thing actually driving the hesitation. The buyer knows it and will not offer it up. Getting it out is the exercise, and the grading engine knows what the rep was supposed to find.

Grading native to the method, not generic sales feedback

Generic sales feedback tells a rep the call went well. Methodology-native grading tells them whether they actually ran the method. In the question-led discovery library, pitching too early is scored as a primary failure however good the pitch. In the diagnose-before-prescribe library, proposing a solution before the pain has been diagnosed is weighted against two dimensions at once, and introducing capabilities that map to nothing the buyer raised is a named, scored negative. Both rubrics measure the discipline of the method rather than the polish of the presentation. Reports arrive in seconds with an overall score out of ten, per-dimension scores, strengths, improvement areas and specific advice. Difficulty changes how hard the buyers are, never how strictly the session is graded. What it does change is what a good score is worth: certificates rank by difficulty before score, so a strong result high up the ladder outranks a bigger number at Simple, and working up the levels is how a rep shows they have genuinely mastered the method.

Two libraries shipping today

Teams trained on question-led consultative discovery get buyers who know exactly what is driving the problem and will not say it until someone develops the question properly, scored on implication development, need-payoff facilitation, adaptive questioning, discovery discipline, and whether the rep secured a concrete next step. See how the question-led discovery library works.

Teams trained on diagnose-before-prescribe, pain-focused selling get a different exercise entirely. The meeting opens with some pain already conceded, two stakeholders in the room who own genuinely different problems, and a buyer who will not engage with anything proposed until they have said the cause and the cost in their own words. Every briefing hands the rep six real capabilities of which only two or three fit this buyer, so what gets graded is selectivity rather than coverage - and the debrief asks which parts of the offer they deliberately kept out of the conversation. See how the diagnose-before-prescribe library works.

Libraries for insight-led selling and mutual-qualification selling are in development. Which library a team is provisioned with is set when the subscription is created, so reps only ever meet the one that matches the training they were actually given.

Rehearse Tuesday's actual call

A rep describes a real upcoming conversation to an AI interviewer and gets a runnable private scenario built from it, visible only to them and kept off the leaderboard.

Scores stay with the rep

Individual reports and transcripts are visible only to the person who earned them. Managers and L&D see cohort-level analytics, never an individual's score. All AI data processing is EU-resident.

Every rep practises in the language they sell in

International teams are the normal case, not the exception. Every rep practises in the language they actually sell in, across 42 languages, against the same scenarios and the same rubric - and feedback language is set separately from simulation language, so a rep who sells in one and works in another gets each in the right one.

Spoken practice, optionally

Push-to-talk speech input and AI buyers who answer in their own consistent voices, enabled per subscription rather than automatically.
