Welcome to LeaderCoreAI, an AI-powered leadership simulation experience designed to help you grow through real-world team dynamics and scenario-based practice.

1. Follow the Link to Start

Click the custom GPT link you were provided.

🔗 This will automatically open LeaderCoreAI in either:

  • Your web browser, or
  • The ChatGPT mobile app (if installed)

No additional login is required beyond signing into your ChatGPT account.

2. Enter the Interface

Once LeaderCoreAI is open, you’ll see a welcome screen with suggested actions (conversation starters). You can either:

  • Click one of the prompts:
    • Choose a scenario
    • Pick a difficulty level

OR

  • Type a command manually:

    • Set the difficulty to high

4. Pick a Difficulty Level

Scenarios can be adjusted to match your desired challenge level:

🟡 ModerateRealistic tension, competing priorities, and active resistance from team archetypes.
🔴 HighEscalating conflict, time pressure, volatile dynamics, and external stakeholder pressure.
🔵 UltraNo hints. Complex interpersonal tension, layered conflict, hidden motivations, and unpredictable twists.
🟣 ExtremeNo hints, no recovery assistance. High-stakes leadership failure is possible. Includes deception, betrayals, irreversible consequences, and dynamic crisis stacking. Reserved for expert-level simulations only.
